the staff were wonderful and super friendly, they even held onto my bags safely after check-out so i could explore without lugging them around. the hotel is all calming vibes with plants, gentle music, and a lil waterfall that just adds to the chill atmosphere. loved the location too, felt super safe and everything i needed was a short walk away including amazing shopping centers.

only two complaints, the bathroom could use a bit of an update and the breakfast options were kinda limited.

Great Value with Friendly Bar Service

Enjoyed a comfortable stay! The rooftop pool, though small, offered a nice view. The best part was the attentive service at the bar—the staff there made great cocktails and were very friendly. Plan to explore nearby dining options, as there are numerous excellent restaurants within walking distance.

The breakfast lacked variety and freshness. it seemed like leftovers. the rooms had a damp smell and questionable hygiene.

Shower flooding makes the bathroom a slippery hazard!!! Daily arguments with staff over simple requests like bed linen!!! Wi-Fi connection issues ignored by maintenance!!! The overall ambiance ruined by harsh staff interactions.

Chur, the location was sweet as, heaps of shops and food nearby. But the shower flooded the bathroom—proper annoying! not too shabby, but could do better.

Had a lovely time with helpful staff who always smiled and made us feel welcome. The rooftop pool and sauna were perfect for winding down after a day of exploring. One little downside was the breakfast options could've been a bit fresher, but it didn't spoil our overall experience! 🌞

staying at the arawana was a delight! the staff was super friendly and polite, always welcoming. the location was ideal, with two bts stations just a 10-minute walk away. i loved the large and spacious deluxe king room. it truly felt like my own apartment. plus, there's a great indian restaurant next door and many amazing street food options around.

Room maintenance needed serious attention. Great location, steps from BTS, and a nice rooftop view. Clean linens provided. Internet service spotty, had to reconnect constantly. Staff friendly, but breakfast options could be improved. It's a cheap stay with a few perks.
